Bramassa
Experiences to remember
Inside the Bay of Porto Conte, immediately after the Grotta del Pozzo, we find the La Bramassa complex, which takes its name from the nearby small beach, one of the most beautiful and uncontaminated beaches on the Alghero coastal panorama. It is defined as a "complex" as it is a set of caves, passages, canyons and exits from particularly suggestive windows. During the afternoon or late morning it is probably one of the best dives for the diver who is starting to explore and would like to try something more challenging than open water diving. The clear waters and the shallow seabed are perfect for a fun and interesting dive even for the most experienced divers. In the period between June and August there are many Octopus Vulgaris, there are also croakers both in the cave and outside, and at the end of the summer the friendly and curious amberjacks visit us in schools. Inside the cave there are always Palinurus elephas also known as Mediterranean lobsters, it is also possible to encounter Magnoselle or sea cicadas in the ravines of the cave.
The presence of sea bream and sea bream in the shaded areas of the windows is notable, while enormous flocks of salps are visible everywhere.
