

There are two areas dedicated to the "integral protection", they are areas particularly sensitive to anthropic activities as they are dedicated to the reproduction of native species of marine fauna and flora. In order to best preserve the species living in the Park, a total ban on any type of anthropic activity has been introduced in these areas.
The following activities are prohibited in fully protected areas

Navigation, access and parking with ships, boats and vessels of any kind and type.

Bathing.

Anchoring and mooring.

Fishing, both professional and sporting, carried out by any means.

Access and parking to service boats with surveillance and rescue tasks and to those supporting scientific research programs for the purposes and in ways explicitly determined and authorized by the managing body of the protected marine area
Zone B is called "general reserve"

Scuba diving with and without breathing apparatus, with the exception of those relating to underwater caves, which must be authorized and regulated by the Managing Body

motor navigation of boats and boats, as defined pursuant to law 16 June 1994 n. 378, regulated by the Managing Body, and in any case at a speed not exceeding 5 knots, as well as sailing and rowing;
-
motor navigation, only to ships used for collective transport that carry out guided tours, authorized and regulated by the Managing Body, and in any case at a speed not exceeding 8 knots, favoring companies with registered office, at the date of this decree, in the Municipality of Alghero;
-
'anchoring as regulated by the managing body in specifically identified areas, after consulting the Reserve Commission, compatibly with the need to protect particularly sensitive seabeds;
-
mooring in areas identified and appropriately equipped with buoys and moorings affixed and/or in any case regulated by the managing body;
-
professional fishing regulated by the managing body with the small-scale fishing gear provided for by the art. 19 of the decree of the Minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Resources, 26 July 1995 and with other selective gear for local use, compatibly with the protection needs of the area, reserved for fishermen resident at the date of this decree, in the Municipality of Alghero, as well as fishermen's cooperatives, established pursuant to law 13 March 1958, n. 250, having their registered office in the said municipality on the date of this decree, and their members included on the same date in the register of each cooperative;
-
fishing tourism, regulated by the managing body, reserved for fishermen or cooperatives resident in the Municipality of Alghero, with the small-scale fishing tools provided for by the decree of the Ministry for Agricultural and Forestry Policies no. 293 of 13 April 1999;
-
sport fishing only with line and rod for residents in the Municipality of Alghero; it is also authorized, with the same tools, to non-residents, within the numerical limits and with the methods defined by the managing body, after consulting the Reserve Commission;
Zone C is called "partial reserve"
in it the following are allowed:

Motor navigation of boats and boats, as defined pursuant to law 16 June 1994 n. 378, regulated by the Managing Body and in any case at a speed not exceeding 10 knots;

Motor navigation of boats and boats in the corridor referred to in paragraph 11;

Anchoring as regulated by the managing body in specifically identified areas, compatibly with the need to protect particularly sensitive seabeds;
-
Sport fishing only with rod and line for residents in the Municipality of Alghero; it is also authorized, with the same tools, to non-residents, with the methods defined by the managing body, after consulting the Reserve Commission.
