Scuba Diver

Take your first steps as a diver

Have you tried to dive and you no longer wanted to get out of the water? that's absolutely normal, we've seen it happen often. Now, however, you don't have much time to complete your journey towards the possibility of diving independently. We can quench your thirst for experience: there is a shorter course than the Open Water Diver which will allow you to dive in total safety accompanied by a professional diver up to a depth of 12 meters.

The Scuba Diver course  is what perfect fits for you, the starting point for your life as a recreational or professional diver, Keep in mind this program is the "Open Water Diver" course subset.

To get involved in the  Scuba Diver program you must be at least 10 years old and in good healt, it's also necessary to be a good swimmer, no any previously scuba experince is required, anyway if you want to try diving before the course, you can choose the Basic Diver program.

How long does this course take? As for the others SSI programs, the keyword is flexibility, so everything  is up to you and it depends by the time you can allocate on it, but normally a Scuba Diver program doesn't take more that 2 or 3 days.

How it works? You will have to participate in 3 successive theoretical knowledge development sessions and have understood the topics, you will have to carry out the exercises correctly during 3 training sessions in the pool and, finally, you will have to partecipate in 2 open water dives.

The equipment rental cost IS INCLUDED in the course price.

SSI certification costs ARE NOT INCLUDED in the course price.

THE SSI Scuba Diver COURSE offers training credits for the SSI Open Water Diver

course. Ask at the Diving Center or directly to your Instructor for further information.
